GAM 2021 Conference

Many of us hear about self-care and how to take care of yourself as an adult, but how do we teach that to our kids? What if your child doesn't respond or have the same things that calm their minds? Sometimes our biggest challenges are the perceptions of how our children see us provide our own self-care for our own health.

In this presentation, I will talk about the multiple tools to put in your kids toolbox and how to model what works for your self-care, including the language to use around your kids to foster the self-care that will make them into well-rounded adults.
